Unbelievable House !
Everything was PERFECT ! Owner very attentive, property was so nice I just didn’t want to leave. They even had a block party and invited my family. Pool was clean, very well kept, there was not one single thing wrong with the stay. Fantastic !!!

Beautiful and comfortable property
We were very satisfied staying at this quaint and artistic property. Our kids are musical and loved the piano and all the old books. The pool was used a lot even though it was not heated. The owner communicated with us quickly to resolve a couple issues ... very nice to work with. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

Beautiful for families or couple getaway! Everything you need!
We loved everything about this property! From beginning to end communication with this property owner was excellent. The neighborhood is beautiful and the location is central to anything you need, restaurants, grocery, freeway and local sights. Check in was super easy. Everything in the home was clean and came with obvious instructions so need for communication wasn't needed to navigate things in the house. A welcome book is provided to offer great recommendations and even gives you the history of this beautiful home. The house itself feels like a home and is very charming. This home is perfect for a fun family gathering or just quiet time for couples. For families there are board games, a large dining room, a very handy full size washer and dryer and of course the pool and patio with Everything you may need, towels, pool accessories, lots of seating and a grill. The kitchen is fully equipped right down to unbreakable kitchenware for the Littles. In the house is plenty of room for family to spread out in many different spacious rooms with TV, library and even musical instruments if you are lucky enough to have a musical talent along with you. As a couple we enjoyed the quiet of the pool and spent 90% of our time on the patio. The flowers and fruit tress surrounding the patio are beautiful and attract so much wildlife to enjoy. Humming birds were abundant during morning coffee on patio each day. Evenings on the patio were just as relaxing for winding down from a day of seeing local sites. The local area is full of dining at all price points fast food, fine dining or the fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook your own. These owners have thought of EVERYTHING to make your stay as hassle free as possible and IF you can possibly think of anything you need to address or ask communication with this owner is fast and friendly! We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here anytime we are in the area! I really can't say enough about how perfectly relaxing this home is. I highly recommend this property and caring owners.

It was ok
The location was good for our event. My main complaint is the house smelled funky. I have a strong sense of smell but everyone was like yuck. We bought air fresheners to offset it. Keurig isn’t working right.

The smell was likely our air fresheners, and we have since removed them. We have also descaled the Keurig, as there was a calcium build up, and it is working properly. Beautiful Spanish style home
The host allowed us to check-in early which was wonderful. The house was just as beautiful as the pictures. The pool is amazing and very private and quiet. I would definitely recommend this home and we would stay here again.

Lovely house, on a lovely lot.
My family had so much fun! We enjoyed multiple board games at night and the pool during the day. We all slept great in this quiet neighborhood with COMFORTABLE beds. The kitchen had every gadget we could want, including the two coffee makers (Keurig and regular). I would rent this house again, and I would live there if I could!

Beautiful and comfortable home for family visit
We loved our stay at the Ontario home! Two pianos and two guitars in the front room set the tone for the visit. The pool was lovely and the kids in our family enjoyed them particularly. The kitchen was surprisingly well appointed. It felt like someone’s home rather than a rental property. It accommodates the four of us perfectly. The location is convenient to everything. The owners even left us a bottle of wine.

Wonderful home with generous owners. We felt like we were staying in a friend's house vs a staged rental. The pool was the perfect respite from the SoCal heat and the sofa in the library / TV room was insanely comfortable!

Not exactly what I expected
The owner was very friendly and quick to respond to a question we had about accessing the pool gate. One of the main reasons for booking this home for my 3-night stay was the fact that it had a swimming pool. I figured since my 16-month-old son had to miss his weekly swim class for our trip, I could still swim with him. Unfortunately, the water was too cold to swim in, even on a 90 degree day, and it had a film of pollen and dead bugs on the top and what appeared to be a ring of algae along the walls. It was our first time traveling with a baby and this home was not the best pick on my part due to all the antiques and breakable items in every corner of every room. I was chasing him around the whole time so he wouldn’t touch anything. When I went to bathe my son in the tub on our first night, there were short, dark hairs floating in the tub. On our second and third nights in the house, we noticed cockroaches that were about an inch long coming up into the bath tub and bathroom sink through the drains. There were also a good deal of small moths inside. The neighborhood is definitely out of the home owner’s control, but I would recommend ear plugs at night for any potential renters. Every night, there was a dog barking most of the night and multiple car alarms going off. For the amount of money I spent, it was definitely not the experience I expected.

Carrie, we're sorry certain aspects of your stay didn't meet your expectations. We don't advertise that the pool is heated, but we apologize if this caught you off guard. Due to the irregularly cold winter, the pool is taking longer to naturally heat. We can confirm there is no algae around the edge of the pool, but instead hard water deposits, which is normal and not harmful in any way. Cleanliness is of the utmost importance and the homeowner is working diligently to ensure the scenario you encountered with the bathtub won't recur for future guests. The villa is tastefully decorated with a Spanish theme and includes antiques and other decor items. The photos accurately depict the interior of the villa so guests have an idea of what to expect in terms of furnishings and decor.
