Great space and it was in a great location to get to key locations in Long Beach like the Convention Center.
The host, Kristina, was very communicative and responsive.
We enjoyed the parking availability that came along with the rental too as it is a luxury I’m that area.
We would stay again if we visit Long Beach in the future.

Great location for walking to food, coffee shops and bars. Very clean apartment, small and cozy with everything we needed for our short stay. The coffee and tea selection were a great touch! We greatly enjoyed our time with our dogs, Kristina was so kind and even left some treats my dogs loved!

My girlfriend and I stayed at this rental one night prior to our cruise and two nights after our cruise and it was perfect! Clean, spacious, and restaurants were all walkable. We enjoyed the great TV services and watched great movies and Football. Kristina was excellent to communicate with at all times and very flexible with our schedule.

I had a wonderful time staying in this apartment. Very clean, quiet and so close to many restaurants. I was attending a conference in the nearby convention center. It was roughly a 12-15 minute walk. I found the neighborhood very clean and safe. I have no complaints. Should I ever come back to Long Beach, I will definitely stay here. Many thanks to the hosts!!

The studio is amazing! Clean, and cozy. The building smells like cigarettes but the studio doesnt and Kristina is amazing. Would rent again. She’s also very receptive and very sweet. Do not hesitate to rent from her.
