The place also features quick access to Santa Monica and Westwood bars and restaurants, and is a 10-15 minute drive from the beach. There is also decent metro access as well should you want to go to downtown.

The condo features a rooms are solid and comfortable with 2 TV's and a workstation with a desk in the second bedroom. Limited weights, a medicine ball, and other in-home workout gear is also accessible. Basic breakfast food will be provided in the refrigerator for all guests.
