Finally my call was answered and they said someone would bring a replacement but after 30 minutes no one came. ..."

"Hotel needs updating. Sliding door to bathroom was stuck. Only one ice machine in the entire hotel. Only one microwave for the entire hotel. Elevator service was so so.
