“We called the first night and asked for extra blankets and were told they were out and we could be provided with an extra sheet. The next morning we went to breakfast at 9:10 and there were crumbs left when it was supposed to end at 9:30. That night we stopped by the front desk on our way in to ask for some towels because we did not allow the staff in our room while we were away and were told they were out of towels. Once we got to our room I was making up my bed to get in it and I noticed there……

“Coffee hard to come by. Only 2 cups in room and asked front desk for more and they said housekeeping would drop some off - never did. Pool closed for repairs. Called guest services multiple times for coffee cups and no answer. Had to leave hotel to find coffee nearby. Buffet breakfast fake eggs, no access to water or juices, no waffles or pancakes. Terrible table service. Clean hotel - thats about it. ”

“There are better hotels in the area for about the same price. Parking was $30 a night and that was unexpected. The hotel has a smokey scent, which i think is intended but it was very unpleasant and just smelled like campfire to me. The room is cramped when you try to use the luggage carrier in and out. And, since we stayed for 5 nights, the rooms didn't have enough drawers for us both to unpack. They were the most shallow drawers ever, wouldn't close with a sweater in them!”
