This is the one. This 3-story home built in 1895 has been outfitted for the ultimate in modern luxury, style & comfort. The space is dark, warm & mysterious and its sleek cigar lounge atmosphere beckons you to pour a neat bourbon & sink into the rich leather couches as you sip & reflect. Upstairs you’ll find high thread-count sustainable cotton linens, Aveda bath products & hotel-quality towels. Located in the heart of Old Louisville, we’re right in the center of it all.

The professional-style kitchen is fully equipped with proper cookware, utensils, and glassware for all your culinary needs. If cooking is not your style, our private chef is available to tailor a menu to your specific tastes.

The home’s two living rooms provide abundant lounging space and the ultra high-speed WiFi allows for the fastest streaming on the Amazon smart TV’s.

The home’s four bedrooms are nicely appointed with high thread count cotton linens and hypoallergenic down-alternative comforters.

The two full baths and one half bath are modern and luxurious with high-end fixtures, marble & quartz countertops, and glass enclosures.

The laundry room features a stacked washer & dryer and we always provide laundry detergent, dryer sheets, etc. for our guests’ convenience.

Outdoors, you’ll find more lounging space on the covered front porch, rear deck with gas grill, and large patio with fire pit in the rear yard.

A group of 8 of us went to the Bourbon and Beyond Festival and rented this VRBO for 5 nights. The host, Matt, was extremely accomodating, communicative, and helpful to us. We absolutely loved the backyard area and the ease of cooking in the kitchen and grilling. We all had a wonderful time and I would choose this home were I to visit Louisville again.

Great Stay!

This house is exactly as advertised and convenient to downtown, bourbon trail, camps Churchill downs and the freeways. Clean and updated, my wife wanted to get this kitchen moved to our house, lol. Family of 5 with plenty of space. Communication was Top Notch throughout, Matt and Melissa have a great well run property!

Enjoyed everything about this beautiful property. Snow came in when we were supposed to check in and Matt made sure to communicate with us on check in. Extra blankets and towels, but my favorite part is that we had a private chef come in to the beautiful kitchen and cook us an amazing supper! Highly recommend

Guys Golf Trip

Great property for any visit to Louisville. 4 of us stayed for four days in August as part of a guys' golf trip to the region. The house was very comfortable and well decorated. Plenty of space for us 4 We were all impressed by the warm feel inside and the great outdoor sitting area in the backyard. It was very clear that the owners take great pride in making their guests feel welcome. That was also evident in the truly first class check-in instructions and great communication in general. If you're visiting Louisville, consider this property as your home base.

We came to the Bourbon Trail to celebrate our son’s 21st bday. The owner was incredibly helpful with local entertainment and food. There were 8 of us. We had plenty of space. Great Location and Gathering Places

The house is decorated so nicely with lots of areas to gather. The location is fantastic with it being only a couple of miles from all of the downtown distilleries, restaurants and shopping. The owner was also very responsive. My husband and I stayed with our grown children and we loved hanging out in the backyard to watch the fireflies. Highly recommend this house!

Amazing House

One of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at. Matt was communicative, had some great food/drink place recommendations, the instructions on check in and check out were clear and concise.
