The Grady Hotel is such a beautiful hotel and the location is perfect to downtown Louisville KY. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a nice old world charm that fits the area.

The rooms, lobby and restaurant are beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the seating areas in the lobby. However, the service and professionalism of the valet and reception desk staff is lacking. We also found housekeeping was not the best. Our room was “serviced” each day but not everything was always cleaned or replaced. It was so disappointing because it’s a beautiful hotel. The food and service at the restaurant is top notch and would definitely recommend that.

Rooms are very small and not family friendly. Parking is valet only and there was a fee. In room could hear conversations in other rooms and shouting in hallway. Would not stay there again

Ver clean... but... paper tin walls and ceiling. You could hear every foot step and adjacent rooms tvs. Didnt get much sleep because of the clogging going on above us.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is attentive. I stayed in a room on the first floor that over looked the Muhammad Ali Center and a limited view of the Ohio River. The room was gorgeous with its high ceilings, chandelier, tall windows, and cleanliness. Quaint bathroom, plenty of storage and work space was good too. Minor complaints with the early (like 4am early) morning truck deliveries right outside the window, hearing the people upstairs taking showers with the water in pipes running down inside the walls, and no room coffee maker. I would stay here again despite those minor issues. The restaurant at the hotel is great with amazing food and tasty cocktails. All the staff was very attentive and making sure I had everything I needed.
