The kitchen window was taped where it was cracked, there were mice, the heat didn’t work, no communication with the host, parking was horrible and the hallway smelled like dogs, we had to use air fresheners and incense everyday

Renter's Beware

The property is old and while being an old property was not the issue it was the snell and uncleanness of it. There is a foul odor between the 1st and 2nd flood. Probably because of the dogs that live in the 2nd floor unit. There is a washer and dryer in the basement but the stairs to get down there are very steep and the basement looks like a scene from a horror film. The unit that we rented was not cleaned properly as we had to wipe down the walls, vacuum the floors, and deep clean the recliner (they smelled like dog urine). The property manager and her mother will tell you to call the other person if you have an issue and will ignore you if you leave a message or text. I have one word to sum up my experience "RUN".

Cozy Comfortable Apartment

The apartment has everything you need. The price is great. The neighborhood feels safe. The parking is convenient. Faith is a wonderful property manager. The only negative I have is the The climb up the stairs can be challenging especially carrying groceries.
