While I booked the reservation, upon arrival I walked in, saw the dark and filthy sights, smelled the rank air, and experienced one of the utmost, fraudulent ads for an accommodation ever in my experience with VRBO. In short, I simply could not stay in, what I would say, is a dangerous, unhealthy rental. Do yourself a favor…stay out! I called VRBO and pulled the plug.

I feel there was a bait and switch with the property when it was listed. Was listed as a 2 bed 2 bath two story apartment. But when I got there, it was a 1 bed 1 bath in the owner's basement. When I looked at the listing again on the VRBO website, the description along with the pictures had all changed. The owner was very noisy at all hours of the night. I constantly heard footsteps throughout the house at all hours of the night. I could even hear people talking and babies crying. I would not recommend letting these people rent to anyone in the future.

Honest review

The property was in a low income neighborhood. The house smelt like marijuana. There was no thermostat to control the temperature. The mattress was covered with plastic which woke you up every time you rolled over. There was no toilet paper. Drywall had noticeable and poor repairs. Could hear the walking of tennants above.

Not bad, but not great

The property we rented had some flooding, but we were given a replacement property, so that was good. We, were just there to sleep. On that note, the beds were uncomfortable and covered in plastic .
