「Very nice place, great location for us.」

「It was a great place to stay! 」

「Overall, it was a great place to stay. It was close to everything. 5 minutes from 4th Street Live, 5 minutes from the ballpark and Angel's Envy. Multiple breweries very close by. The place was very comfortable and quiet. The not so great... A/C unit was broken when we got there. Scott came out right away to check on it and realized it wasn't fixable. He brought window units that night and installed them. Very quick to respond. His electrician was at the place on Tuesday to assess. We planned to...

「A gem in the Germantown neighborhood near downtown Louisville. Very close to Louisville's great restaurant scene. This unit is a very clean and exceptionally well appointed 1B, 1 Ba unit. This unit has been remarkably remodeled with a very comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and high-end bath features. There is an attached outdoor patio with a roof, and includes furniture, sink, beverage cooler and TV, making it very comfortable and relaxing. Importantly the unit has off-street parking...

「The location is right down the street from many shops and restaurants. Downtown Louisville is 10 minutes and an easy drive. All amenities were great and plenty of room in the kitchen.Host was amazing and the property was very clean.」

「Great little spot, and communication with the host was phenomenal!」

「Great stay Except the beds way to soft!Did not sleep well!」

Also if you have difficulty with stairs, it would be an issue getting to the King bedroom as it is an old home and the stairs are steep. Overall we were...

「It was a lovely place to vacation in the host was very nice and sweet 10/10」

「This home is clean and spacious. With it being a rainy weekend, we could make use of the 3 TVs. Plus, we were very close to downtown and the farmer’s market and cute little shops. The Greenway would definitely have been used for a beautiful river walk in good weather.」
