「The house is licated in an okder neighborhood & at furst glance would seem sketchy. The neighbor across the street is a police officer & the neighborhood was quiet w people keeping to themselves. This was without a doubt the cleanest rental I have ever booked thru VRBO. The location is 2 miles from liquor row. We had a great time in Louisville & I would definitely recomend the property.」

「Parking was very good under the awning in the back. The alley could use some clean-up work. The host came over right away when the entry lock wouldn't work correctly. The house was extremely clean, drawers and cupboards were well labeled making everything easy to find, bedrooms were super spacious, hot tub was amazing and easy to use, fire pit area was well laid out and very relaxing. Communication with the host was fast and helpful. Check in process was clear and extremely helpful! The house is on a quiet street but a short drive to almost everything.
