「Liked this condo. Very well furnished. Funny story looked for a frying pan and didn't immediately fine one. Later opened the oven and it was packed with frying pans! Large TV and other amenities, very nice condo!」

「Can’t beat this location for a Naples stay without breaking the bank. Easy walk to the beach, dining, and shopping. It’s an older property, but fit our needs perfectly. We spent most of our time outdoors anyway. Check-in/check-out was super easy. We would stay again. 」

「We loved the location of this property but we were disappointed with the outdated interior of the unit. The carpet was dirty and stained, and the kitchen was old looked felt like it was from the 80’s. The second bedroom is really separated by an accordion wall that you can open and close so there’s not a real wall between the room and the family room area. Looking back at the original photos we see that now, but we didn’t notice it when we made the reservation. The pool was nice, but get there...

「Furnishings were a little dated. Expected a bit more for the price.Also was a little surprised at the additional fees added on, e.g., Vrbo fee and cleaning fee increased the total amount by 800. These fees were disclosed relatively late in the reservation process.In particular, 50 for an early check in or late check out is a bit much.」

「Close to the beach and shopping, and the on site amenities were well maintained. When we had a problem with the air conditioning, Michael and his staff had it solved within a couple of hours. I would definitely consider staying here next time we are in Naples.」

「There are many aspects of this property that we enjoyed - the location was convenient and the grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and walking the grounds at night after dinner. The interior was modern and a good size for 2-4 people. I would stay here again! 」
