「The property is beautiful. Great location. Close to everything. We walked to the beach. Watched the manatees and iguanas in the back yard. I don't remember seeing in the addbut their were bikes and beach buggies loaded and ready for borrow. There were a few issues with our stay but Break Away was great and very responsive to our issues.」

「The house was absolutely perfect for the four of us. We couldn’t have chosen a better location for our needs. I would most definitely recommend the house to anyone. My only negative is the brick work in the left corner of the pool area definitely needs work. It is a hazard. All in all a great choice for us!」

「Nice and close to the beach. Very clean. Nice backyard with canal. Rooms comfortable.Might have been in details somewhere, but need to bring/buy things like hand soap, Kleenex, and such. Minimal kitchen items and dishes. Still a wonderful property but be just to know so you are prepared.」

「Communication with the host was so easy. She was very responsive to all messages and even gave us some recommendations for dining out. Extra nice touch of leaving some snacks and bottled water out. Plenty of towels and linens provided. Ample parking. Nice little patio to enjoy the beautiful weather. We definitely plan to be back!」

「Have better quality cooking pots and pans, provide beach accessories as part of the price like most rentals, the house was not clean especially kitchen counters and floors, had to wear shoes/slippers the entire stay, didn't go on vacation to clean...no lights in pool and timing for pool should be earlier than 11am, master bedroom very cold did not adjust to the requested temperature the entire week. Wouldn't stay there again.」

「We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed this spacious home. The pool and backyard area were great and where we spent a lot of our time. Home was very clean. The kitchen is huge and really allows multiple people to be there and not crowd each other. It was about a 20-25 minute drive from Ft Myers. Grocery store right down the street. Great place for a large group.」
