「Very friendly host who made communications easy. We left our iPad behind and they called us right away. The apartment was large, beds were comfortable, and the bathroom renovation was beautiful with a great shower. It is about a block from the C&O trail plus free parking on the property.」

「This cute little cottage (a converted carriage house) was perfect for my stay in Harper's Ferry. The cottage was well maintained, clean and cozy. I would definitely stay there again - particularly if I came in a car (it is near the top of a tall hill, and I came by bike off the C&O towpath, which was a climb!).
Notes: (1) there are two rentals with the same address, a house and this carriage house out back. I had a mildly embarrassing moment when I showed up and tried to enter the wrong house....

The recommendations provided were all great and Snallygasters across the street, Rabbit Hole, Bolivar Bread Bakery, and Epigram Coffee (don’t forget the pastries) were all amazing. 「Beautiful home, close to the attractions and very quiet. Only downside was the Hot tub which was a major reason we rented it, cover was wore out allowing debris to get in and wouldn’t heat above 90 degrees and the controls for the jets one was missing and they would not function all the time. Communication with the host was excellent and speedy responses sent a maintenance worker out but was not able to solve the problem at the moment」

「This is a lovely property — highly recommended. We spent a week in Harper’s Ferry with our daughter and her dog. The fenced yard gave the dog what she needed, but the “star of the show” is the house which was clean and well-equipped. The primary bedroom is spacious and bright, as is en-suite bathroom.
