「The house has recently been beautifully renovated with high end appliances. It was super clean and had everything you would need for a time away from home. There were 3 bedrooms all with king size beds. The master bedroom had a private bath and the other two bedrooms had a Jack and Jill bath. The towels were really big and super fluffy. The back yard was really big with a nice table and chairs on the patio. If ever in the area again I would try to stay here.」

「It was fabulous to stay in a relatively quiet space, away from the lights of town so I could see many stars in the sky at night (it was less than 10 miles from town but still...). The tiny cabin has almost everything you could need. It was very clean and well provisioned, and the ability to cook for myself was GREAT! Very easy to find, and the communication with the owners was wonderful. I hope to stay there again!」

「We had a good stay and the guest house served us well while we were traveling for baseball. Unfortunately we didn’t get to explore around or try any of the other amenities but it was beautiful and I would definitely come back another time to stay and experience r the venue!」

「The property was extremely clean. It had all the things one would need. It was small! The loft had a very sturdy ladder that felt safe. It is good to remember in a loft a trip to the bathroom means a climb up and down in the middle of the night. The hosts were very communicative. The split a/c hesting system did need guidance from the hosts.」

「We booked because of the location was close to Sparrow Creek Ranch Wedding venue. We were pleasantly surprised to find a large garage (game room) to set up for the decorations and such to be used for the wedding. The property was great. We had the bride staying with us for the week of then her brother came in and spent the weekend with us. Since our family is from the North. It was so awesome to have our small family all in one place and 5 minutes from the venue. The beds were so comfortable....

Hoegger’s Rustic Retreat is in the country with lots of wildlife & room to roam!

「This is our second visit to this retreat, our favorite place to go for rest and relaxation. The house is perfect, the animals are great, the atmosphere inside and outside are truly beautiful. This is a place to go if you want quality time together and enjoy the wildlife. It is isolated and that is what we enjoy. The hosts are so great. We plan on another visit here in the fall.」

「There are a few different rentals on this property. We reserved the Route 66 which was a small travel trailer. Although very clean and tastefully done, this is not totally comfortable for older people or someone with mobility issues. It's in a nice location just outside of town. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. 」

「We had a great weekend staying in "The Roost". It's so pretty and quiet. We were greeted by deer each morning and enjoyed the fire pit and sunset in the evenings. And Jim made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again.」

She has gone to great lengths to make this property comfy and cozy, with so many cool added touches. It's in a perfect location, super quiet and plenty of space.
