「We could not be happier with our selection. The property is in a nice neighborhood and was exactly as shown. We were fortunate the weather was fantastic and warm so we were able to use the gorgeous pool. The hosts were quick to respond to questions and we had everything we needed, even pool towels and a grill. If we are back in the area, we would stay here again. It was safe and peaceful and a place I'd stay if traveling solo too.」

「This is a quiet neighborhood with some walkable restaurants, but there’s no telling who else will be staying on site. I had a terrible first night with someone knocking on door at 1:30 AM and loud music till 3:30. The “trust and safety team” are still “investigating” 4 days later. No proactive steps to get me a refund or credit for a disruptive night. Also the parking lot isn’t reserved; it’s first come.
