“The Loft in Grandville was perfect for my wife and I for a short visit to the Grand Rapids area. It is close to the expressway, grocery stores, and the downtown Grandville district. You could walk to the downtown area in about five minutes! Holland, Grand Haven, and East GR are within a 40 minute drive. The amenities at the Loft are basic but clean. We used the kitchen for breakfast but that's all, the bathroom was clean but is a tight fit, even for one person. The bed was comfortable and……

“Check-in was a breeze, finding the cottage was easy, and it had everything we needed for our long weekend stay! Toiletries were provided, the kitchen was fully stocked, and they had everything you could need to stay busy...games, cornhole boards, hammock, grill, etc. We brought our own boat and kayaks, but they also had them available to rent. The water was easy access for our dog, which made the relaxing even better outside. The lake is an all-sport lake, but wasn't very busy or overcrowded at……

“This vacation rental was one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. Check-in was a breeze and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for the 13 of us. The pontoon boat, paddle boards and seadoo were a huge hit with everyone. Our evening sunset cruisers were the perfect way to relax and end each day. The owner was just a text away, and responded immediately to any questions we had. We would rent this house again……

“We were 30 minutes away from the house and they cancelled on us. All they said was there was a sudden leakage, this was 4 hours after we were allowed to check in. Had to book an expensive hotel because we had already driven far.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was conveniently located to where we needed to go. It was very clean and smelled nice. The shower has amazing water pressure, and the large shower head made it feel like I was getting a nice message. I also liked the large gas stove. There were several items that could be used if you forgot something. (Toiletries, condiments, spices, etc.)Two very small things though. The ceiling on the stairs is very low. This is mentioned in the check-in guide, however……

“We had a very pleasant stay. It was cozy and comfortable. It was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped and the essentials were supplied. It had a beautiful lake front view and very nice yard. We had kayaks and a canoe available to use and there was a family of swans that were beautiful to watch. I would like to note that there are lily pads/weeds that go about thirty feet out from shore, so it’s not very swimmable from shore. This didn’t affect us because we were swimming elsewhere or……

“I cannot say enough great things about our stay. The property owner was amazing and so was the house. So comfortable for our large group. We felt secluded and did not have to worry about bothering neighbors. We had a rehearsal dinner there and hosted a large overnight group there after the wedding. It was so fun. ”
