「Staff was courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, there were a some problems that were out of their control that made the stay less than desirable. My room was on the 3rd floor right near the elevator. However, after checking in, I left to come back later that night and found the elevator was broken. That forced us to go all the way to the end of the hallway, walk up the stairs and then all the way back down the hallway to our room. Then when my girlfriend and I tried to use the hot tub, the...
