「Expedia will not tell you front and foremost, but this place requires check-in by 8pm; if you can't get in by then, then you basically forfeit your stay at Redwood Cabins. It only lets you know when check-in begins (4pm) and when it ends (10am the next morning). You will not receive a door code or pin for your cabin, it entirely relies on you getting to the office before 8pm. Terrible communication of info by Expedia.」

「While the tiny house cabin was nice, the property looked a bit run down. The positives: The unit was clean, had pleasant finishes and a comfy couch with a nice view, and it was nice having a washer/drier. The negatives: No wash cloths, no shampoo and no coffee - very surprising for the price. The bed was a mattress on the floor in a very short loft up steep stairs. It was a bit too firm and hard to get into it on the far side.」

「Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location is absolutely beautiful, with spectacular mountain views and incredible wildlife. During our visit we saw elk, turkeys, geese, and quail. The cabin is about 10 minutes from Crouch and 45 minutes from Silver Creek Hot Springs, making it a great base for exploring the area.

「It was great to have the little fridge, microwave, and water available right in the yurt. The common area kitchen had a full-size stove and refrigerator to store you bigger items. The bathroom was very clean with a stall shower. There was also an outside shower. I didn’t use the hot tub. The hurt being what it is, got pretty warm during the day. The AC could not keep up, so if the temps are 90 outside, be prepared to hang out in the common area or on adventures out and about」
