"The unit was perfect, so clean and cozy and had everything we needed. Kitchen was so well equipped and we had everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving meal. The balcony is huge with an idillic view. Our hostess, Nancy, was the absolute best. She had lots of great suggestions that added to our stay. She was so friendly and always prompt to respond. The property was very quiet while we were there in the off season. I’m sure it’s hoppin’ during the summer. If you want mountains and water, best of both worlds, this is the spot!"

"One our best experiences with VRBO. Karen thought of everything. Forgot something? Karen has it stocked.The MOST comfortable bed of our travels this month by far! Mission trip to help elderly father and this was a peaceful, quiet retreat to recharge for the next days work. Hopefully there will be more available in the future for this to become our regular stop!"

"We really enjoyed the cabin! Great location! Really glad to have a dock for our boat! It was easy to touch base with our host, Oksana. She was very helpful and prompt. Beautiful lake!! The cabin was just as described...older with lots of history yet quite comfortable! So glad we found a house we could bring our dog! She's a lab and many places dont allow an 80 lb. dog. Only thing i would say is the parking was pretty tight with our boat trailer. Thanks for a well kept cabin and all the amenities!Norris lake is amazing! We'll be back!Holly"

"The property/house/area was gorgeous! We had 9 adults and 7 kids under the age of 5. There was more than enough room for us to be together, but if anyone need to escape the chaos, they could. Lake Norris is beautiful and especially clean. Bring floats because you cannot touch the bottom. We rented a boat and couple of jet skis, which added to the fun. If there was any criticism, it would be; if you want to do anything away from the house, it will take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours to get there, depending on what you want to do. BUT, there is golfing, rock climbing, a beach area, restaurants, and museums within the 2 hour radius! We would absolutely book again. "
