Other than our toilet clogging up a few times and the little kid in the room next to us was running around and thumping on the walls till almost midnight. Our stay was actually ok. If we had to stay again in levelland, we would probably stay here again but not the same room.

My mother is 70 years old and the elevators are broken so she had to walk up to the 2nd floor. I travel a lot and there’s always options and the staff offered nothing to accommodate her. That’s unprofessional and not what I expected. Disappointed with this location.

Could use a deep clean
Elevator being broken was a hassle with a toddler. We were informed the morning of our reservation. No compensation for inconvenience. I know this is out of their hands, But for those arriving that day who can't cancel their whole trip, a little discount would have been nice. If our reservation was at a later date, we would have took the time to find another place. Towels are stained and don't even fit around your body. There were stains on the wall in our bathroom that I could only assume were feces. The smoke in the halls and common areas was unbearable. Never had this issue at prior stays. We will be staying else where from now on.

Great place to stay!
Ourvstay was very nice and comfortable. The indoor pool was clean and tidy. I love this hotel and it is my #1 go to when traveling. The only thing is they will not take pets...and even service dogs requires a deposit...but all in all we were very satisfied.
