The overall stay was great. No complaints w the room or amenities. The general manager however was very rude at check in. I asked if the deposit was refundable she rudely said yes it would be refunded within 48 business hours. It has been 10 business days of 05/23/26 && I still have not received my $100 deposit that she guaranteed would be refunded. I have stayed at this location several times in the past and I have never spoken with her for any reason because I’ve never had issues or encountered her at check in or check out. I’ve Always enjoyed my stay. && I have also always been refunded within 1-2 days. So it is disappointing to have experienced these issues this time around while dealing with the hotel manager.

The breakfast had the usual offerings. The room was clean with LV flooring. Much more sanitary than carpeting. The AC kept us cool. The hallway was quiet. They accept pets which is a big plus for us. We always stay at this hotel when coming to Lubbock.

Everything was great except the breakfast. I guess they don’t say they will have a great breakfast but I do like it when they actually have some fresh fruit and maybe scones or whole wheat bread. Overall a great place to stay.

Everything worked well, breakfast was excellent, air conditioning was super and the staff was very warm and welcoming. This was a night for a very tired traveler, I booked the room for this person and the booking was a breeze, the Motel was easy to locate and was a needed comfort.

Large size room- I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room with two queen beds. Room was clean and met our needs. We left before breakfast so I did not rate the amenities high as I didn't use any of them beyond the parking.

I chose this place because the pet fee was very reasonable. I was further pleased with the quality of the property. Everything was clean and looked recently updated. Our room was very spacious and clean, with fridge, microwave, and quiet AC. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very acceptable. This place was a great value.

Desk staff/manger very rude the room was not up to par when explaining the reason why we were departing early the response back from the manager was didyou call the front desk to address the issue. Which we were in the midsle of getting ready and did not have time to sit around dor thinga to get fixed. The manager did not offer to put us in another room. The out come was a charge for early departure and if we wanted to make a complaint to go ahead and for us to leave
