Waffle maker lacked the appropriate butter spray, so everyone’s waffle kept getting stuck. We had to keep asking staff for basic things. I also found it inappropriate that they had a whole table where they were folding their hotel linens in breakfast area. Usually, all hotels have a designated area for this. At the time of check out we had to wait about 15-20 minutes as they went to inspect room in order for me to get my $100 refund which they requested and charged my card at time of checking in.. I did declare my pet at time of checking in too, so I was aware of extra pet charges, which I’m use to. However, not used to the extra $100 charge immediately at time of checking in.. I have heard and I am used to being asked for card for incidentals. However, I have never had been charged for anything.. I won’t be staying there again.
