The Space:

Step into the expansive living area, designed for comfort and style, and enjoy a movie night on the plush sofa or curl up with a good book on the gorgeous chaise lounge. There are also plenty of blankets and throws if you should want to drift off for a quick nap.



For the chefs among us, enjoy the gourmet kitchen equipped with a gas stove, all-new appliances, and all the cooking essentials you'll need. A coffee maker and all the extras are available for your morning brew. Enjoy your inspired creations or your favorite local takeout on the adjoining dining room table with seating for 6.



The huge master bedroom features a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, and double closets for ample storage. The second and third bedrooms each offer queen-sized beds and share a full-sized hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo and double sinks. The fourth bedroom, located in the basement off the garage, is perfect for additional guests with a full-sized bed. There is not a restroom in the basement. Please note - there is a locked bedroom at the back of the house that is not accessible to guests and is used for storage.



Outside, you'll find a large backyard with a pergola adorned with lights, ideal for evening relaxation or entertaining. Additional amenities include a double garage and a circular driveway, providing plenty of parking space. If you are wishing to use the garage, there are no remotes available and it will need to be opened and closed from inside the house. The garage is a standard size and will accommodate compact and regular sized vehicles. Larger trucks and SUV's will not fit.

There are security cameras at this property for the safety and security of our home and guests. Please note that for guest cancellations made through direct bookings or other channels that are eligible for a refund, the refunded amount will be less applicable credit card processing fees. There is a doorbell camera as well as cameras overlooking the front and back doors. You must be in good standing to book with us and have positive rental history and reviews. We do not rent to local Lubbock residents.



Early Check-In & Late Check-Out (Subject to Availability)

Early check-in and late check-out MAY be available for an additional fee of $20.00 per hour, for up to 2 hours. Early check-in: Payment must be submitted before 12:00 PM on the day of arrival. Late check-out: Payment must be submitted no later than 10:00 PM on the evening before departure.



**Please do not have mail sent to this property as we do not have the mailbox keys. If you are needing something delivered from USPS, you will need to contact the local post office to make pickup arrangements.**



Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this property. If there is any violation to this policy, a fee of $500 will be charged immediately.



This property is not pet friendly so please plan of leaving your furry friends at home. There will not be any exceptions to this policy as the owner has terrible pet allergies and a fee of $250 will be automatically applied if you are caught in violation of this.



We supply freshly laundered linens, bedding, and towels for all of our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and hand soap for a short stay. Stays beyond 5 days will need to replenish latter items at their own expense.



Although often there will be a variety of condiments, such as coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

Guest Access:

All areas of the house are available to guests with the exception of the locked cleaning closet and the locked bedroom in the back of the house.

This property is located in the Rush subdivision in north Lubbock. Close to grocery stores, shopping, and dining.



Getting Around:

Lubbock is a large city in terms of land size, so a vehicle is recommended for your stay. If you don't have a vehicle, you can get away with using either Uber or Lyft rideshare services.



Other Things to Note:

Parties are strictly prohibited and any violation of this rule will result in an immediate $500 fee.



This property is not pet friendly so please plan on making other arrangements for your pets. There will not be any exceptions made to this rule and any violations will be charged an immediate $250 fee. Service animals will be required to show proof of registration BEFORE booking.

Host-Initiated Cancellation Policy

While we make every effort to honor all confirmed reservations, there may be rare instances where cancellation is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.



In the event that we must cancel your reservation, the following terms apply:



Full Refund: Guests will receive a 100% refund of any payments made toward the reservation.

No Additional Liability: Our responsibility is limited strictly to the refund of monies paid. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by the guest as a result of the cancellation, including but not limited to alternative accommodations, transportation, or other travel-related expenses.

Best Efforts to Assist: In the event of a cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative accommodations within our property network, if available, but we cannot guarantee availability or rates.

Force Majeure Clause: We reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to property damage, utility failures, natural disasters, or changes in local regulations that affect short-term rentals.

Sale of Property: In the event the property is sold prior to your scheduled stay, and the new owner chooses not to honor future reservations, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, but we will not be held responsible for securing alternate accommodations or covering any associated costs.

Removal from Rental Market: We reserve the right to cancel reservations if the property is permanently or temporarily removed from the short-term rental market for any reason. Should this occur, a full refund will be issued, and no further compensation or liability will be assumed.

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept these terms.



There are cameras at this property overlooking the front door and back door that leads to the backyard. These will record with motion.



Check-in information, including the keypad code, will be sent before your check-in date. We reserve the right to decline any alteration request.



House Rules:

- No pets!

- No house parties. Unauthorized parties will result in an immediate $500 fine plus damages.

- No smoking inside the property.

- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors.

- Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.

- If you break something, message us and let us know immediately.



Interaction with Guests:

Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, please message us and we will be happy to assist.
