Clean room, close to everything, staff very courteous. Only concern was, check in didn’t start until 3pm which was no problem, but housekeeping wanted access to clean our room at 10:30am, but check out wasn't until noon. Not a big deal, but a bit surprising and pushy

The air conditioning was broken and the room was too hot to sleep. You couldn’t open the small window as it was so noisy outside. Breakfast was reasonable. Staff nice. But we didn’t sleep at all. Kids running up and down the hallways. Awful stay.

Convenient and comfortable hotel in Lubeck

Nice hotel, great for a couple of nights. The quadruple/ family room is very tight with a double room they have out extra beds in. Not much space to move but fine for a night or two

It was difficult to sleep with an open window due to the train station being so close. You can hear the trains roll by all night, so window would need to be closed when staying here. Otherwise nice room, great bed, very fresh.

The hotel is nice and newly renovated. The breakfast was great. My only complaint is that because restaurants close so early in Germany we found ourselves without any access to food upon our arrival. The hotel offers nothing. They should at least have sandwiches or fruit or bread options for those arriving later than 9:30pm. We walked the city looking for open restaurants but found none and we ended up going to bed hungry. Since the hotel is aware of this, they should have options for late arrivals.

Avoid this hotel, horrible service!

This was a horrible experience! We arrived as a family of four with two tiered kids, only to discover that they claimed they had no record of our reservation (booked through hotels.com/expedia), claiming that we would have to pay again. After reaching out to Expedia customer services, they tried to call the hotel. Ironically, even though they had people at the counter, they only answer their phones on Mon-Fri, and we were there on a Saturday. (I’m not joking!) In the end I gave them my phone to talk to the Expedia customer services, and they managed to resolve the problem, after 90 minutes of being treated by the hotel staff in charge as if it was all my fault?!? Then after we got the room, we discovered the air condition didn’t work, and it was a sunny hot July day, and we could only open the window minimally. I tried to complain, but they said they couldn’t fix the AC on the weekend, and we couldn’t get a new room. I even came dow in the middle of the night, where the night watch at least helped with some fans (which they suddenly had). Making things worse, the hotel is next to a train station, with noise freight trains passing in the night, so sleeping with an open window is not a good idea, but we had no choice. Please never stay at this hotel!! (This is by far the worst review I have ever given a hotel!)

Unser Familienzimmer war leider nicht so sauber wie erwartet, überall verstaubt, schlafmaske etc. unter dem Bett. Badezimmer war jedoch sehr sauber, ebenso das gesamte Hotel.
