New, fresh hotel, clean rooms, amazing breakfast. The location was perfect, close to public transportation. We had our car parked close to the hotel, plenty of parking spaces. Me and my husband were pleasently surprised by it all. And the personnel were very kind and helpful. A 10/10 experience. Thank you!

Clean room, close to everything, staff very courteous. Only concern was, check in didn’t start until 3pm which was no problem, but housekeeping wanted access to clean our room at 10:30am, but check out wasn't until noon. Not a big deal, but a bit surprising and pushy

The air conditioning was broken and the room was too hot to sleep. You couldn’t open the small window as it was so noisy outside. Breakfast was reasonable. Staff nice. But we didn’t sleep at all. Kids running up and down the hallways. Awful stay.

Extremely poor experience. No parking, broken air conditioning during very hot weather, poor room amenities, and no effective support from staff. We were forced to move to another hotel late at night and sleep uncomfortably as a family. Very disappointing and not recommended.

Convenient and comfortable hotel in Lubeck

Nice hotel, great for a couple of nights. The quadruple/ family room is very tight with a double room they have out extra beds in. Not much space to move but fine for a night or two
