Basic in every way. Basic welcome, basic room, but the breakfast was so basic it was non-existent. Apparently the kitchen was closed, so no option for dinner in late arrival, or breakfast on any of the mornings of the stay. I wouldn’t have minded except this was not pre advised on hotels.com or within ...

Room spotless, exactly as described, brilliant views, old town magnificent. Only reason not 5 star is anxiety caused by lack of promised email re access codes. I had to chase up 2 hours before check in which i didnt need, girl on phone seemed very stressed. I was very stressed i might not have access. ...
