「+ Very nice location, within walking distance from the city centre. The apartment big and clean. Dishwasher in the kitchen.
- A terrible door opening system: the buttons are too small and uncomfortable to press, the code consists of ... 9 digits which are so tiny that a person with bigger fingers and poorer vision would not open or close the door. We stayed 3 nights and each locking/unlocking was a real challenge. No corkscrew or bottle opener in the kitchen. No towel hangers in the bathroom, no...

「Apartment was extremely hard to find. Directions on the listing were vague and I had to call and get directions on where the apartment was located. But other than that, the apartment was extremely clean and affordable, costumer service was friendly and responsive, and the apartment was in a great location—only about a 5 minute walk from Lublin Old Town. I would book again if I’m ever back in the Area.」

「Although it was a bit confusing and difficult to actually find the building I was staying in because I didn’t have the luxury of reading things since I was going to seven countries and I had a crazy 24 hour flights with transfers, the building in location and room were very lovely and I’m glad I found this apartment! I felt it was conveniently located. I felt safe and I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again!!」

「Staff attend promptly to rectify housekeeping mistakes.
Property is very well located and very safe.
