They went above and beyond to make our stay special, including an early check-in, which we really appreciated as we were travelling with a toddler. A special mention to Wan, who handled our check-in seamlessly and did so with so much warmth and friendliness. We really appreciated the thoughtful service. The variety at the dinner buffet was good as well. I really love staying at this hotel. This isn’t my first stay here, and it definitely won’t be my last! Overall, we felt very well taken care of and truly appreciated the thoughtful hospitality. 😊"
