Dozens of sought after destinations are nearby: the historic towns of Pisa (still a 20 mins drive away from the Villa), Viareggio and Carrara, the exclusive Versilian beaches of Forte dei Marmi, the Natural Park of the Apuan Alps, the suggestive Hot Springs of Bagni di Lucca, the relaxing Beauty Farms of Montecatini and even the ski slopes of Abetone.



The villa features three luxurious living rooms with all the comforts (Wi-Fi internet access and Sat TV). Close to the main living is the formal dining room.



The main kitchen of the property is Tuscan style, with traditional majolica, fireplace and wooden furniture and located in the lower level.



The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests, in 5 luxury bedrooms all offering unforgettable views: 4 bedrooms have a double king size bed, 1 bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning.



2 of the above mentioned bedrooms and 2 of the above mentioned bathrooms are located on the ground floor so guests with restricted mobility can avoid the stairs and enjoy this villa.



This Lucca luxury villa has a great outdoor: a little lake and fountains, gazebo covered with roses and romantic outdoor dining tables, old trees and even a small brook flowing in the Italian garden. Every corner of the garden is just heavenly.



In front of the main entrance facing the garden and the pool area is where you will find two outdoor dining tables under the shade of white parasols. Another dining table is covered by a flowered gazebo and is protected by big trees.



The wide swimming pool (12 x 6 meters, 1,5 metre depth) is surrounded by a green lawn and is furnished with chaises longues ( luxury sun loungers with mattress and cushions) and a sofa with armchairs.
