This delightful newly renovated apartment is ready to welcome you for a pleasant stay experience.

Located within a quiet residential area, Alma offers a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

One of the main features that makes Alma ideal for your vacation is the presence of air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom, as well as the office area in the small attic.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The living area has a brand new sofa bed, while the attic provides a fifth bed thanks to a comfortable armchair bed.

The spacious bathroom has a convenient shower.

Alma's master bedroom is cozy and bright with a large closet.

High-speed Wi-Fi.

This three-family villa, located near the city walls of Lucca and close to the train station, offers a strategic base to explore the area, with all major attractions easily accessible.

The property consists of 3 units, with 1 parking space available per unit.

Families with children are welcome.
