Everyone was so welcoming! Ina at the front desk was amazing and went above and beyond and gave great recommendations. Great location as well very walkable to the historic area. The rooms were nice as well. Definitely recommend

A very good hotel. Well maintained and looked after. Staff friendly and efficient. Modern, clean and comfortable. Only issue is that it’s a ten minute walk into the city of Lucca, but not a big deal if you’re mobile. Would recommend.

Very well located with a close walk into the walled city. Lovely staff readily available to assist. Bikes at the hotel for rent that enjoyed for an hour or so ride on the wall and down to a cafe for a cappuccino. The pool although quite small was nice to have. Breakfast was excellent and the lady working the coffee bar so very very friendly. Lucca is highly recommended for a 2 or 3 night stay traveling north or south in Italy. A day at a beach club in Viareggio and an afternoon checking out the leaning Tower of Pisa were our day trips. Cheers to Hotel San Marco!

Spent three nights at this beautiful, clean well located hotel, welcoming, informative happy hosts. Fabulous breakfast choice and relaxed comfortable dining area. We hired a bike at the hotel to travel and explore the gorgeous walled city. Easy to navigate and a great choice of eating/drinking places.

This hotel was a a good hotel to stand in Luca. It’s a little off the beaten path, but not a far walk from town. The staff was very helpful and the hotel was clean. The hotel definitely has thinner walls so there’s a lot of noise. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

Excellent hotel with staff who were very friendly, helpful and great with languages. Great pool with loungers and cafe area adjoining with lush gardens. 8 minutes from Lucca walls and quiet area. Lovely reception area good for relaxing. Bikes available in hotel for hire are perfect for Lucca exploring.

We were stranded at the train station and the concierge helped us get a taxi to get there safely. Everyone was lovely, it was very clean and has a beautiful outdoor pool and dinning area.

The staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast wonderful. Room very clean. Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Had a broken hairdryer replaced it pronto! We got two free drinks on arrival! Yay

The room was clean and bed comfortable. The rooms are somewhat modern without charm but I would still recommend. Short walk to the walled city of Lucca and free public parking right in front of the hotel so very convenient. Breakfast was adequate with excellent made to order coffee. Good value 3 stars hotel.
