  • Discover this spacious two-story house located in the heart of Tuscany, just 3.5 km from Lucca. A unique blend of modern and traditional Tuscan style embellishes the interiors, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

    The terrace leads to a large open living room with a fireplace and dining area, which leads to a bright and well-equipped kitchen. Perfect for preparing meals with local ingredients.



    The house offers several bedrooms on the first floor, including a double and a twin bedroom, and two bathrooms. The décor is personalized and meticulously detailed, contributing to the feeling of being in a real home rather than a typical vacation rental.



    The surrounding garden is fenced and offers a child-friendly area with a large swimming pool and comfortable sun loungers. The pool is private, ensuring an exclusive and relaxing experience (the pool is accessible from June 22 to September 14).



    In addition to the charm of the house, the location is ideal for those who want to explore the beautiful Tuscan countryside. A lovely stay in a traditional and rustic villa in Tuscany. The local town of Lucca was delightful and a short drive away. A decent supermarket within walking distance (just) and a very lovely restaurant too. The pool was a plus. The property really is spacious. There’s a lovely dining table but we ate mainly round the kitchen table. I expect this would also make a great winter retreat. The owner was nearby but kept a distance and was on hand to help with queries. I’ve seen comment about mosquitoes. Well, they exist (!) and there were plenty of other arms and legs on display on our trips out to confirm as much. You’ll need plenty of insect repellant and then it’ll be fine. Maybe this property isnt for you if you have any mobility needs or for very young children. But it was really great for us! You’ll need a car. And you’ll need to go up a trouser size on account of all the delicious food. We had a great stay in a lovely spot.

We had the most amazing stay in this beautiful home! The pool is just amazing and the house itself is large and has all the essentials needed. One thing to note would be that there is no air conditioning so it can get quite hot at night (we were there when it was 35°) however there are fans provided for each room that helped a little. There is a lovely outside seating area that we used for an evening in which was comfortable and well lit. The owner provided mosquito solutions too. The villa itself is easy to access and you are given a fob for the main gate which meant we could get our two cars in and out. There is a bakery, butchers and a supermarket within a 15 minute walk, and a little further on there are a couple of restaurants. It’s not walkable to Lucca, but there is a taxi service available and I would recommend downloading the app for this purpose. If you have a car, everything is easily accessible and parking is easy to find. Highly recommend booking, you won’t be dissapointed
