不滿：設施服務和住宿狀況
The room allocated was not the one shown in the picture when i booked the hotel. The staff said a couple was coming and so he couldnt hange the room for me. Corridor was dark and fill with cleaning carts which was dangerous. Different from other floors, the light in the corridor of 5th floor was a sensitive one, it wouldnt turn on if you was not standing in the corridor which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. No kettle in the room and i needed to go to restaurant floor for hot water, but the water was not hot enough. Totally bad and i really hope a refund.

交通很方便，很近車站，而且餐廳提供 24 小時服務，可以自備食物，更免費提供熱飲。可惜時值歐洲熱浪，房間沒冷氣，只有一把電風扇，向酒店多要一把又沒有，大大影響了睡眠質素。

酒店的男女主人(應該是吧，經常二人在前台接待)十分十分友善親切，在入住第一天從街上回到住宿，他們還很主動熱情的請我們吃瑞士當地很傳統有名的甜點，名字忘記了因為他們說的是德文，是一個chocolate house，朱古力外皮，裡面他們形容是cream，可是我覺得比較像是溶化的棉花糖，滿大個也對我來說太甜了，但還是謝謝他們對我們的熱情跟友善，讓我們有不錯的體驗。可是，房間比想像中小，兩個人很難放行李箱，有點失望，但較近火車站，所以滿方便的，只是訂的時間看照片以為滿高尚的住宿，但其實還好，小小的精品酒店。

5 mins from train station
Front desk staff really friendly and helpful. They introduce us to visit the light festival and it was really nice. Location is good, nearby the supermarket and train station. Breakfast is nice. We also had free welcome drinks, tea, soft drinks, fruits, little snacks etc in the restaurant during our stay. We have a pleasant stay at this hotel.
