不過不失
與車站距離遠，但是有巴士可以到達至酒店門口，室內裝修一般，我們很晚才check in, 致電給職員很順利拿到鎖匙，職員有善。早餐一般，沒有熱的食物，餐廳環境漂亮。

交通方便，酒店門外就有巴士站通往火車站。員工服務態度親切，早餐也豐富，美中不足的是房間西斜，有點熱，早上就比太陽曬醒了！

酒店设施比较简单，没有电梯，行李多的话比较麻烦。被安排住在酒店顶楼，其实是个小阁楼，卫生还算干净，但是夏天会比较热，房间内没空调，酒店提供了两个小电风扇。自驾有停车场，门口有公交站出行非常方便，到市区十分钟不到，早餐很简单选择性少

Slightly far from the city centre but is acceptable. Assessible by bus from the train station which takes about 10 minutes. The room is clean with basic facilities. Enjoyed the simple & nice breakfast.

酒店很精致，距离卢塞恩重要景点很近，步行大概15分钟，对于停车紧张及昂贵的卢塞恩来说，这样的旅行就方便和随意多了。不过卢塞恩的物价很高哦，毕竟是瑞士的著名城市，游人也很多哦。

Location was perfect for our trip and the staff at the reception was accomodating. The maids forgot to flush the toilet when we arrived. Also the maids forgot to refill the cups and bathroom glasses in our room. Besides this the water pressure, hot water, room size, extra bed and amenities were perfect. You should choose the room for its location.

A difficult situation!
Nice, small and clean hotel; good location; excellent staff but uncomfortable due to very small room and extremely small bathroom. Also, terribly expensive by marketing / booking agent ( not by hotel).

Really liked this Hotel and the main person gentleman at the reception. Very, very helpful. He went out of his way and provided a small mini fridge to store our meds and ice packs. Carried our luggage up the stairs as the hotel could not be equipped with an elevator. Very convenient location bus stop right in front of the Hotel 5 minutes away from the main railway station. Free bus service was offered. Room was spacious enough for 3 adults. Really liked this Hotel very much. If we do plan another visit this will be the Hotel to revisit. Thank you so much.

The hotel provides free parking. The bus stop just in front of the hotel. Bus Number 1 will take guests to the center. The family room is spacious. The staff were friendly.

The Hotel was very difficult to find. Parking is on site, but so small that took me about 10 minutes to maneuver it. The receptionist mostly interested in leaving, which happened before 8:00 PM. No elevator. No restaurant after the same receptionist. No breakfast. Somehow all these things seemed to contradict the on-line info., but I may be wrong. The room was decent. Should be priced much lower.

The hotel was ride next to a bus stop with free busses to main visitor areas. While that was very convenient, it was also on an extremely busy road. We had warm weather, and the hotel had no AC. If you left the windows open you heard constant traffic noise. The rooms were quite large and spacious, but few amenities.

Séjour super ! Accueil parfait même hors des horaires d'ouverture grâce à une box à code. Petit buffet petit-déjeuner très bon et avec du choix malgré la restaurant fermée. Rapport qualité prix plus que parfait ! Chambre très confortable et assez spacieuse pour une famille de 3 personnes. Isolation des fenêtres parfaite ! Près d'un carrefour passant, pas de bruit extérieur.

Located slightly outside the main part of the city but it is still walkable, or there are bus stops right outside for easy transportation. The family room was simple but clean. There are no elevators but the staff is very friendly and always willing to help bring your luggage up. They also held our luggage after checking out. Would definitely stay again!

Nettes, kleines Hotel mit guten Restaurant am Rand von Luzern. Es gab kostenlose Tickets für den Nahverkehr und die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Sehr nettes Personal welches einem auch super Tipps zur Erkundung der Umgebung gibt. Die Fenster waren leider etwas verzogen und aufgrund der Lage ist der Straßenverkehr immer präsent. Aber alles in allem kann ich es guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!

Room seemed recently renovated, clean and spacious. Located outside of town, however it is walkable or you can make use if the complimentary travel pass provided by hotel. Breakfast had a simple but tasty selection. On site parking and WiFi available.

Sehr schoenes Hotel mit grossen Zimmern und Balkon
Direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, mit 5 Buslinien von denen 4 direkt zum Bahnhof fahren. Sehr freundliche Betreiber, die einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ablesen und mir tolle Tips fuer die schoensten Ausfluege in die herrliche Umgebung Luzerns gegeben haben. Sowohl early check in als auch late check out wurde kostenfrei ermoeglicht. Mein neues Stammhotel in Luzern, no question about it.

Service is good
Even if the hotel was on the road, it was silent. The room was new , the bathroom needs still to be refresh but was extremely proper. Only thing to know is that there is nobody are 7pm at the reception

호텔에 만족합니다. 아담한 시설에 청소도 깨끗하고 친절한 주인께 감사드립니다. 다만 저는 다음날 아침에 비행기 시간이 변경되어 일찍 나올 수 밖에 없었습니다. 그래서 프론트에서 아침 5:30분에 체크아웃 하려고 종을 울리고 관계자를 불렀지만 아무도 나오지 않아 간단한 편지와 이메일을 남기고 카드키 4개, city tax 16 swiss fr을 책상 안쪽에 남기고 올 수 밖에 없었습니다. 좋은 추억을 망치지않도록 확인해주기 바랍니다.

Nice room, super comfortable beds. Public transport was included and right outside the door. The host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the coffee delicious! Only downside was the stairs to the room with our luggage but the host is always happy to help carry bags.
