Misled

Apartment was fine but due to health issues I needed A/C. Checked in and found no A/C. Vacasa said they would refund $25 per day. However , checked in Sunday and left two days later on Tuesday afternoon, after only 2 of the 6 nights I paid for. expensive 2 days. Had to go home or end up with double cost

Couldn't get in!

We rented the property for one night. There was no key in the key box. The property is managed by Vacasa. After 45 minutes in the driveway on the phone with Vacasa (they couldn't locate a local property manager and refused to give us the contact information for the owners) we ended up driving home. We've requested a refund. Vacasa has ghosted us. The property is probably very nice--if you can get in. I would think twice before renting a property managed by Vacasa.

Great place

Close to the resort and walking distance from restaurants. Clean and nicely decorated. I would stay here again.
