「Huggins Cottage is one of the loveliest places we've stayed, and by far the best cared for. We were made to feel welcome every step of the way, from booking to leaving. 「Extremely comfortable home with a great sense of history. I booked for four days to take my four adult children and my teenage grandson away to celebrate a birthday. We enjoyed some lovely walks and explored the castle and church. In the evenings we played board games in the cosy sitting room and the formal dining room made mealtimes special. We now have some very happy memories of our stay in Ludlow.」

「We was meant to stay here I booked a room with double & 2 singles, when I got the confirmation it stated 1 double 1 sofa bed the property made the mistake, after calling hotels.com to try to resolve I got nowhere, so I had no choice but to book another property. After booking another property I then get a call from this property saying they made a mistake. Hotels.com wouldn’t refund me. So I asked the property to refund me which was short by £20 odd pounds. 「We had a wonderful stay at this charming and unique coach house. Everything was just wonderful, all the MOD cons, wonderful, shower and comfortable beds not to mention cozy fireplace. Great location for day trips and nice and quiet in the evenings. Beautiful grounds to wander around. Fantastic communication with the host. 「Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house.」

「This old coaching inn has been well revamped, service is first class. The food was excellent with good response to individual needs. Although pricey the rooms were up to a high standard. The roll top bath, with no screen, was a triumph of design over functionality. There was nowhere to put the soap! Having a shower without flooding the floor was tricky.
