The Gîte de La Fontaine is a character Aveyronnaise house dating from 1752. This traditional farmhouse, has been completely renovated, it is located in the heart of nature in a rare and exceptional environment. It is classified 4 stars by the Ministry of Tourism and 4 ears by Gîte de France. Immersed in lush greenery, you can observe animals including hinds and deer from the house. In the evening you will see the starry sky as you have rarely seen it! Private swimming pool.
Its surface of 220 M2 will accommodate 9 people in great comfort (possibility 12 with supplement).
He understands:
- 1 large kitchen with fully equipped island, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large living room with fireplace, 1 equipped office, 1 large utility room, 1 outdoor terrace equipped with garden furniture and barbecue.

Un super séjour

Quel bonheur de pouvoir profiter de ce coin de paradis. La maison, le jardin, la piscine, la verdure .... tout est fait pour qu on se sente bien.Meme les biches et les chevreuils s y promènent La région est magnifique et permet de super balades et visites.Certains villages medievaux nous font faire un sacré bond dans le temps ....Cela fait déjà la 3eme fois que nous venons et nous n avons deja qu une envie : y revenir.Une parenthèse bénéfique et nécessaire pour pouvoir recharger les batteries et réattaquer le quotidien. Un grand merci à Marie et à Pascal pour leur accueil et pour tout le soin qu ils prennent pour préserver leur merveilleux gite et environnement. A bientotValérie et Jean Michel

Wonderful stay in the French countryside

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here for 1 week. It is a beautiful property in a quiet, peaceful location. You can often see deer in the field. Kitchen is well stocked. Nice big bathtub to relax in. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. The owners are very friendly and we had great communication throughout our stay. We highly recommend!

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans cet endroit idyllique, rien à redire, tout était parfait. MERVEILLEUX GITE

Cela fait la 2eme fois que nous venons dans ce gite. La 1ere fois, on découvre et on est sous le charme, ce qui fait qu'on y retourne et la magie opère une nouvelle fois. La maison avec tout son confort et une décoration géniale ( j ai adoré le plateau en bois sur la table basse devant la télé et les cadres animaux dans les WC, les différents tableaux etc ), la terrasse et la nature , la piscine .... , tout est parfait. On se sent vraiment bien, que ce soit pour se reposer, ou pour visiter car il y a énormément de choses à voir et à faire dans la région. En 2 fois nous n'avons même pas eu le temps de faire tout ce que nous souhaitions , alors nous reviendrons très certainement et même plus longtemps car 2 semaines nous a semblé trop court dans ce petit coin de paradis caché dans la nature. Nous conseillons cette location à 200%, personne ne peut être déçu dans ce cadre où tout est fait pour qu'on se sente bien.

Magnifique maison tout confort idéalement située, un accueil très sympathique et de belles visites

Même si le soleil était encore hésitant nous avons fait de belles rencontres au hasard de nos découvertes. L'Aveyron est une région magnifique et pleine de villages superbes et nourris d 'Histoire. Voyage à refaire car nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tout voir.

Beautiful stay in Aveyron

We loved the property, it is very peaceful and quiet, the pool is gorgeous and the house itself is decorated very nicely and feels cosy. It had all we needed to cook, and the two coffee machines were appreciated! We were 4 adults using two bedrooms, there was plenty of space for us all. It is a 10 min drive out to the nearest little village, and perhaps 25 mins to the nearest city, which was perfect for us. Pascal had some wonderful recommendations for us which we enjoyed. To note - you need to bring your own bed linen and towels or pay extra for them. Only negative was that the soaps and dishwashing liquids in the house had all been topped up with water, small thing but didn’t match up with the quality of the rest of the property!

Belles vacances en famille

A beautiful gîte in the Aveyron countryside

We had a fabulous week. Pascal and Romain were attentive and welcoming hosts. The property has been lovingly restored, retaining its charm and character whilst providing high end fixtures, fittings and equipment. The Decathlon table tennis table was an added bonus! The surroundings are very beautiful and tranquil, ideal for those looking to escape the noise and hustle of everyday life. The pool area is excellent - well equipped with sun loungers and parasols and the lighting adds ambience if you want to enjoy the evening there. It’s a glamorous feature of the house and the owners are rightly proud of it. We will be back to visit again in the very near future, without a doubt!

Super schönes Ferienhaus, sehr ruhig, traumhaft

Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen in diesem schönen Haus, alles war wie beschrieben. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen und hatten viel Platz auch für die Kinder. Beeindruckende Natur rund um das Haus. Wir waren über Weihnachten dort, hatten sogar einen Weihnachtsbaum bereitet bekommen und uns sehr gefreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Alles war wunderbar! Für uns das schönste Ferienhaus Frankreichs!

Tolle Ferienunterkunft

Das Haus und Grundstück waren sehr schön und super ausgestattet. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Die Lage ist abgelegen, dadurch kann man Nachts einen tollen Sternenhimmel sehen. Der Pool war toll!

Erholsame Zeit und toller Atmosphäre

Merveilleux séjours !

Nous avons passé une semaine à 8 dont 4 enfants de 3 à 7 ans. L’endroit est magnifique et calme. Les installations sont impeccables, la décoration intérieure de bon goût, la maison est propre, les espaces sont généreux en intérieur comme en extérieur. Aucun manque dans la cuisine et ses ustensiles, ce qui est fort appréciable. La literie est très bonne. Nous n’avons que très peu profité des alentours car nous étions très bien autour de la piscine, au practice ou encore sur le terrain de foot! En revanche, l’hôte nous laisse un road book avec les activités possibles dans les environs. En résumé, nous avons adoré cette semaine dans ce magnifique endroit ! À faire sans aucun doute !!
