El dueño de la casa Ramon, un tio muy majo que te ayuda en lo que necesites. la unica pega, las almohadas de las camas de matrimonio que son rompecuellos.....yo las pondria individuales y menos gordas. 「Highly recommended. The house is very comfortable and very clean, with a nice swimming pool. Good walks in the immediate neighbourhood and the Picos de Europa nearby, as well as some of Asturias' most beautiful pre-Romanic churches (near Oviedo). The owner and his family have been a great help. Our car had broken down and what our insurance could not fix within a week, they organized in five minutes. Many thanks again!」

The impression is that they want to charge for almost everything (Pool access, electricity, even the breakfast when according to our booking it was included), the studio was very small and you slept with the sound of the refrigerator next to you.
