Nice hotel, but a bit dated

I think this was a top-of-the-range hotel in the 1990's - it's still a very nice hotel, but feels a bit dated. Location is great, close to the city center, staff is friendly, breakfast was very nice.

We stayed here to start our walk on the Camino Primitivo. The location is perfect, about 10 minutes from the Cathedral and city wall, which had several dining options and close to the trail. Great morning breakfast buffet options!

Stayed for a business trip for 2 nights. Fresh clean rooms and a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent each morning. Small gym but had everything needed for a work out. I would definitely book again when i return for work again.

Beautiful spacious room with very comfortable bed and separate sitting room. The lobby is huge and the bar serves drinks and food options. Breakfast was good- enough choices to satisfy. Check in and check out we’re smooth- an excellent choice for Lugo.

Comfortable and good value

Spacious and well equipped room. Convenient (unofficial) motorcycle parking right by entrance. Helpful and efficient reception staff. The only downside was the bar on Sunday evening, which served me two different and very bad red wines, very strange.

Central, clean. spacious but rude staff, bad wifi

Wifi didn’t work in my room. I was told it was my fault/my devices. Not true. Someone else in the hotel admitted there were issues in part of my floor due to nearby antennas. They eventually offered a new room but not without a fight. Some reception staff (Leticia) were incredibly rude to us. The main hotel manager was polite and apologised. Other than that the hotel is centrally located, spacious and clean. Rooms are good value for money.
