「This property is beautifully maintained with all new fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is also new and the dishes are all new, matching and set for 4 people. Parking on the street was easy and free. The unit is on the ground floor so only one or two steps to get inside. It is not on the waterfront, but one one block away from the water, and a 5 minute walk to the bridge to the old city. 「It's a really nice hotel with big room, big balcony, and great sea view suited for staying there few days for vacation. The service is really good, and the price of the breakfast is reasonable. It's better to go by car because it's a little far away from Zadar down down and old town, and the transportation is taxi only. However, if you are used to take taxi, the hotel also help call the reliable taxi for you. We would've stayed for more days if we had enough time.」

「I had been in Zadar before and liked the location of my previous stay. I thought the Mediteran was a lot further away from the center. When I went looking for bus stops, I discovered it was about 200 feet away from where I stayed last time I was there. It's about an hour walk to the old city, but bus service is generally on the half hour (hourly on weekends), so plan accordingly. The hotel and staff were just generally excellent!」
