「Das Haus war genau so wie beschrieben und daher so wie erwartet. Terrasse und Außenküche bestens und täglich genutzt. Auch Aufteilung der Räume mit den beiden Bädern ist gut und getrennt nutzbar. Die Küchenausstattung war ok, könnte aber auch umfangreicher sein. Pfannenwender hat z.b. gefehlt. Wir waren nur 2 Personen, bei 4 wird es knapp. Allerdings kann die (kleine) Spülmaschine natürlich auch im Dauerbetrieb laufen.Ein Zaun um das Anwesen würde das Sicherheitsgefühl (Hunde) verbessern....

「Pros: Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Check-in und Check-out waren sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist ideal gelegen, man ist in 10 bis 15 Minuten an verschiedenen sehr schönen Stränden oder auch in Orosei. Wir kommen gerne wieder.」

「Pros: Der Pool ist super. Der Gastgeber sehr nett und war immer erreichbar. Genauso wie der Check in und die Betreuung vor Ort. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Cons: Das Restaurant in der Siedlung hat zu und man benötigt ein Auto...... Aber da kann weder der Gastgeber noch das Haus was dafür.」

「Pros: Das Haus ist frisch renoviert und sehr modern, es war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man so braucht in einer Ferienwohnung. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll, ruhig mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Ich habe jeden morgen den Sonnenaufgang bei einem guten Kaffee genossen. Man braucht aber ein Auto da das Haus etwas ausserhalb des Dorfes liegt. Es hat zwei schöne Strände in der Nähe. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und sehr sympatisch. Ich würde sofort wieder in dieses Haus gehen, ich fühlte mich...

「Wir hatten die Villa für ein Familientreffen für eine Woche. Die Villa ist bestens ausgestattet und sauber. Mit 11 Personen und 2 Kleinkindern hatten wir reichlich Platz. Der Poolbereich war der Treffpunkt tagsüber. Der Blick über San Teodoro zum Tavolara immer ein Highlight. Die große überdachte Terrasse mit dem großen Granit-Tisch diente für die Mahlzeiten und gemütliche Abende bei Kerzenschein.
