The only improvement i\I would suggest is more lighting in the desk area. The location cannot be beat! Right next to Pike Place Market, shops, restaurants, and public transportation."

"We loved our stay here. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating; the ordered gluten free bread for breakfast for my mother, held our bags until our flight, and answered all of our questions. The breakfast bar had great lactose free options as well, and Maria was such a thoughtful breakfast attendant! The room and bathroom was spotless and comfortable. The hotel’s location is also ideal, an easy walk both to the train station and Pike Place market. 10/10 would stay again!!"

"A pretty nice place, really. The room was very clean with a modern decor. There's plenty of storage and a custom AC unit separate from the main thermostat. The bed was pretty comfy. I slept like a rock. The neighborhood is decent. There's a college and a baseball diamond just down the street. There's places to get refreshments etc The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Our corner room was stylish and nice. The bed was comfortable not too soft or hard and lovely down pillows. Bathroom was great with nice powerful shower head and loads of shelving. Could use a bit more light. Staff was always attentive and LOLA restaurant attached was perfect for a quick meal any time of day. "

"My partner and I love staying here when an artist we listen to us playing at The Crocodile. Nice, spacious and clean rooms that are well designed. Check in is easy and while we didn’t see anyone staffing anything, it looked like things were taken care and we had access to everything we could need! We will be back!"
