Located in the sought-after I GATTI area, in the heart of the Marine of Sant’Ambroggio, between Calvi and L’Île-Rousse, this charming mini-villa enjoys an exceptional location just 50 meters from the beach, the small harbor and local shops.

Everything is within walking distance: morning swims, strolls along the marina, restaurants and water activities. A true luxury for relaxed holidays without the need for a car.

The villa features two pleasant terraces, each offering a different atmosphere:
– a first terrace with sea view, enclosed and equipped with outdoor furniture, dining table and a gas barbecue, ideal for meals facing the sea;
– a second south-facing terrace, surrounded by greenery, more intimate and peaceful, perfect for relaxing moments in a quiet setting.

Inside, the house is comfortable and functional, designed to make the most of outdoor living while offering a welcoming space to unwind after the beach. It is perfectly suited for holidays as a couple, with family or friends, in a convivial and privileged environment.

La propreté laisse à désirer ; mauvaises odeurs, toiles d'araignées sur les rebords de fenêtres ; humide ; extérieurs pas nettoyés ; nous avons été obligés d'enlever toutes les feuilles et de balayer le jardin alors que 90 pour le ménage nous ont été réclamé.
