THE ROSEBAY AT B2 LOFTS is located in a newly renovated historic 19th century building adjacent to the Lunenburg Harbour in the heart of the UNESCO World District. This charming 1-bedroom apartment is located on ground level, is wheelchair accessible and has a sprinkler system. The great room features a 13.5' ceiling, Belgian wood stove, a 12' x 12' glass door that opens to breathtaking views of the Lunenburg Harbour.

This exquisite unit features brushed concrete floor, contemporary leather furniture, European appliances, private laundry facilities, luxurious linens and a Beautyrest mattress for the queen-sized bed.Come visit our amazing loft-style accommodations in beautiful Lunenburg, a UNESCO World District at the South Shore of Nova Scotia. Our lofts have been designed by internationally acclaimed MacKay-Lyons Sweetapple Architects and offer you all that you need to have a memorable stay.

This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

Nice modern apt.
Our stay was good. The place was clean, neat and well appointed. There was quite a bit of noise upstairs while we were there. Not sure if this is usual for this space. The apt was well located in the town and we enjoyed walking everywhere. Loved Lunenburg. Also the front keylock was not working properly so we couldn't lock up when we left. Communication was good as well. Need a little better instruction sorting garbage. thks Rene and Jim

Arriving instructions were very clear. Unit was very nice. Cleaning crew left laundry in the dryer, which we didn’t notice until we were starting laundry as instructed on our way out the last day. There were a number of fans which really helped at night. The windows are hard to reach, you need someone nimble enough to climb up onto a 5 ft high concrete ledge to get to them. Nice property, amazing location.

Great location but lean on general comforts
This was the perfect location for our 2 night stay. The space was designed for beauty and not so much for function. There were 3 of us (2 teen girls). The tallest is 5'4. Many things were difficult to reach (e.g. kitchen lights were too high to turn on, shutters to the bedroom window too high to close, front curtains were difficult to reopen once closed due to their weight). 3 of the 5 main light bulbs were burnt out. There was only 1 mirror in the space and it was in the bathroom. There was no space to get ready (i.e. no vanity, no counter). This created challenges and wasted time as the 3 of us prepped in the am & for dinner. Because of the design of the shower, the first user left a very large puddle of water that was there most of the 2 days as there is no barrier for the water run off. We only received 2 towels (despite there being 3 of us) and the water was always a slip hazard. The couches were beautiful but not comfortable to sit or sleep on. As advertised parking was not easy to locate and there was no AC (and we could have used it!). If you are over 5'6' and you could care less about access to prep station and you want to be in the perfect spot then this is the place for you. It definitely was an Instagram worthy home but for use it was not pleasant for living in.

The property was perfectly located and within walking distance from everything we wanted to visit. We were minutes away from great restaurants and all of the cute shops along Montague street. We parked in front of the property and never had to fight the traffic again. The property was very clean and just as pictured.

Great location right in the heart of Lunenburg. This rental is within walking distance of all restaurants, shops, and oceanfront. The space is very modern, and we loved having the large door to open.

Wonderful stay
Clean, convenient, quiet. Hard to ask for much more - it’s located in a perfect location to explore Lunenburg on foot, being close to cafes, restaurants, and historical sites. They even did NOT use perfumy drier sheets or those disgusting Glade air fresheners that many other places use that make the air unbearable, so you can enjoy the clean fresh ocean air. Great place, would stay again!
