“This was a perfect place for us to stay together while in Baltimore to attend my niece's High School Graduation. It was close to the graduation location, my sister's home as well as shops and restaurants all while being in a quiet suburban location. There was even a park across the street. They allow dogs and even have a fenced in back yard so I didn't have to walk my dog before bed and in the AM! The two full baths were new and had all the amentites. However, I do have so things I want to bring to you attention before I leave a review. 1) There is only one Tv in thee entire place when there are two rooms. 2) The Tv that is there doesn’t even work. 3) The sink doesn’t drain and had old water sitting in it. So, we had to brush our teeth in the shower. 4) Very noisy area. Cars come by all day and night. The neighbors above are very loud not to mention……

“This location was perfect for the many colleges in the area. I was visiting my college athlete at Morgan State. The house is very cozy and had everything we needed. I was able to cook a few nice meals while I was there. Our Host was very attentive and responded very quickly to the few questions I had. We will definitely look to reserve this property again.”

“Overall we had a lovely stay at this house. It was clean and quiet - perfect for our small group of friends. No major issues. Everything was in good repair except one leaky air mattress. However - each room only has one bed. The basement room had a couch that converted to a bed. The three bedroom upstairs have one queen bed each. There is a collection of inflatable mattresses to augment these 3 beds plus one sofa bed. I was supposed to get the door code 2 hours before check in, but it did not……

“We visited this property to attend a funeral. Juan was great with communication and worked with us on a late checkout to accommodate our funeral plans. We especially loved the rooftop deck.”

“Exceptional stay hilite by some of the best staff we have found in a hotel! Our room was large and well appointed with large smart TV and very good WiFi. Included in our room rate was breakfast in the Bistro 300 where we could order from a full and varied menu; the food was wonderful. The location was ideal to explore Baltimore and we found some nice bars and eateries close by. A 100% definite to stay again! ”
