「We asked to cancel and receive a refund for the second night booking. we did not have a comfortable stay and being sent to the dirty room next door for a shower after a poor disturbed night's sleep was the last straw. Our shower was apparently suffering from low water pressure but the one next door was fine! The following items were not acceptable even for budget accommodation: Stink of damp and dog in the room. Disturbance from "hi, you are being recorded" constantly from the camera outside...

「The property is in a central location to Luton. The property was very dirty appearing to have had no cleaning attended to it for some time. It had a strong bad odour. There was hair in the bathroom, dust everywhere. The equipment in the kitchen was sparce, cheap, rusty and very dirty. We could not find a clean glass to drink from in the cupboard, dried on physical dirt. There was wet dirty cloths and sponge left on kitchen top, no washing up liquid or cleaning products.
