I am a warm apartment at the foot of the Therme at LUXEUIL LES BAINS, located on the top floor of the Old Casino.

My private parking space, my intercom and my digicode are real assets both safe and practical.

An elevator will lead you to the 2nd floor, a small staircase to climb and you are in paradise, combining old and new, all the elements are there to make your stay a success.

All the conveniences of use are accessible on foot: (Bakeries, butchers, Carrefour Contact, restaurants, downtown).

My equipment, the list is long:

- Equipped kitchen: fridge freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, SENSEO Switch (duo coffee maker or pod), friendly worktop.

-Living room with sofa, coffee table, LED TV, micro channel and wifi.

-Two rooms :
                      One with queen size bed (160 * 200) + dressing
                      The second with standard bed (140 * 190) + suspended design furniture

-Large bathroom with window, washbasin, bathtub with (swivel bath screen), washing machine

-A large pantry with shelves, bagless vacuum cleaner, cleaning kit, clothes rack, iron and ironing board.

-Toilet separated
All windows overlook the Thermes.

Die Wohnung und die Ausstattung ist gut. Die Matrazen/Betten waren für uns sehr gut. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Man ist sofort in der Stadt/Therme mit allen notwendigen Geschäften. Der Parkplatz ist ebenfalls gut. Die Fahrräder konnten wir nicht unterbringen, da wir das E-Bike ein paar Stufen bis zu dem Aufzug nicht tragen konnten. War kein Problem, wir haben die Räder auf dem Fahrradständer gelassen.

Très bon accueil de Sandrine la propriétaire et nous avons apprécié le cadeau de bienvenu de spécialités de la région. L'appartement est très agréable à vivre, très propre et la literie est de bonne qualité. L'appartement est calme et bien situé pour visiter la belle ville de Luxeuil ainsi que les environs. Très agréable séjour que nous recommandons vivement. Si nous passons à nouveau dans la région, nous reviendrons.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, nous avons été très bien reçus avec beaucoup de gentillesse, l'appartement était impeccable ,très commode, bien chauffé, des couchages pratiques et chauds. Tout était très fonctionnel. A la sortie à ma grande surprise la propriétaire nous a offert des produits régionaux. Nous reviendrons!

Die Wohnung ist im ehemaligen Kasino in Fussgängerdistanz zu allen wichtigen Stellen (Sehenswürdigkeiten, Kasino, Wochenmarkt, Therme, Restaurants, Ladengeschäfte usw.) ideal gelegen und verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz. Die Küche mit Gas-Elektroherd, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine ist optimal ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem, und alles ist picobello sauber. Und die weitere Umgebung ist zauberhaft hübsch und rundum charmant.
