"Pool didn’t open. Spa costs a little expensive "

"good pool but the gym and pool hours end too early at 7 pm or 8 pm. No pool towels even at noon. Breakfast staff for pho and egg station leaves the station an hour before breakfast ends. Pho soup is better than some street vendors. Room is a bit outdated with wall cracks but the room is still big with updated bathrooms. "

"Infinity pool was only available to swim at 4:00pm which was kind of a bummer. But there were 2 other pools in the next building with option of closed or open. Walkable to the busy streets of Ninh Binh with food, shopping and other stores. "

"We (family of four (2 + 2 adult children)) stayed for 2 nights in June. Location: hotel is located away from the main tourist area and so nowhere is walkable. The hotel does have bicycles free to use which we took to cycle through some rice fields to a local village (few km round trip and flat). Rooms: large and clean. Bathrooms the same. Still with small towels - like the rest of Vietnam hotels it seems. Pool was lovely - water warm, large towels provided and drinks available. Restaurant - breakfast: small selection but tasty. Dinner: limited vegetarian selection but enough for a couple of days and all tasty. Front of house team all very helpful and friendly. They arranged a car with driver for us for the day and a half sightseeing - reasonably priced and saved having to wait for Grabs etc- and they also arranged a car to take us back to Hanoi airport at the end of our trip. Would definitely stay there again."
