The home was beautiful; the layout and size of bedrooms was nice. We prefer king beds, but the queen was comfortable and more than adequate. The shopping in Lyle was very limited as were restaurants', but we found our way around quickly. The view was fabulous, the weather was perfect, and it was very close to the wedding we came to attend. It was the perfect place for us!

We had a wedding in Hood River. This home was 15-20 minutes from Hood River. Not inconvenient and a beautiful drive. Home was spotless and comfortable. Amenities were spot on and the view from the deck at sunset was spectacular and relaxing. Neighborhood was a little iffy, but neighbors were quiet and we had an enjoyable stay. Drive is steep and a little uneven but the option to park one car and offload/load from the back entry was helpful. One caution, there is a toll on the bridge from Hood River which was not a huge deal, but could get pricey depending on your use. Tip: tolls can be paid on line. Very clean and updated property. Very quiet neighborhood and convenient to grocery stores and cafes. We had everything we needed. Wished we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the view!

It was very comfortable. Just down the street from our son, so it was perfect. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Very nice.

Beautiful View!

Point Lyle was perfect for our stay! The views from the deck are amazing and we hiked each day in the Columbia Review Gorge area. There are a few wine tastings close by in town and within 15 - 30 mins. as well. I'd recommend stocking up on groceries before getting into town if you plan on cooking while there. The house was extremely comfortable with everything you'd need and more. Communication was great and would highly recommend.

Beautiful home, gorgeous view

Property managers were very responsive, and even proactive. They asked how the property looked after I checked in, and asked if we needed anything. Really an awesome home with one of the best views you could imagine.

Point Lyle and Wind View

I rented both houses for my birthday. The houses are a 7 minute walk and 1 minute drive from each other, which I wasn't aware of (it's possible that's hiding in the listing somewhere), but we made it work and had an amazing weekend. Everything else was perfect!

Family Visit from Pennsylvania

Our Family - Son, Daughter-in-Law, Grandson, Grandma, Grandpa came from Pennsylvania to visit our son and his fiance that live in Lyle. The house is less than a 5 minute walk from them and is absolutely awesome! There was plenty of room, it was spotless, had everything we needed, and the views are amazing! We would highly recommend this property and look forward to our next visit.

Beautiful Columbia River Gorge

This property is as advertised. We enjoyed our stay. Things were a bit bumpy for check in when the code didn't work on the electronic lock. The Arrived staffed jumped right on it and were able to provide a different code and we were able to enter the rental. There were no other issues. The view is incredible, the beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. It was so fun to watch cruise ships, barges, and fishing boats each day.

Spacious and fabulous views

We had a very nice stay. The rooms are large with lots of seating. The beds were comfortable and bedding was clearly freshly laundered. The couch could use some updating. It was low to the ground and upholstery was well worn. However, cushions had a lot of life in them and were comfortable. The deck had amazing views and was wonderful to sit out on to play games, read, do art, or just take in the scenery. It was only twenty minutes away from Hood River.

Salmon fishing stay/River therapy

House was in a good location for our various fishing excursions at various places in the gorge. It accommodated the group size perfectly with 3 separate rooms. Kitchen was great for our cooking prep. Deck was large with a fantastic view.

The house was very comfortable. The view was amazing. The house was very clean, Like being at home with absolutely nothing you’ll need to stay there. My wife and I would definitely stay there again if the Deck was fixed. My wife and I barely went out on the deck. There was loose boards in several spots with screws sticking up, we couldn’t go out on the deck barefoot. The railing at the southwest part of the deck is not that secure and wobbly. If anyone leaned on it, it would definitely break. I really hope the owner addresses the deck very soon before someone gets hurt. I would stay there again if the deck was fixed properly. I noticed a couple people made remarks about the deck in previous remarks and it looks like the issue wasn’t addressed. Please repair the deck. Thank You

Enjoyed the magnificent view!

We enjoyed staying here in Lyle. It is relatively close to Hood River and things to do on the Washington side. The stairs are steep but not a problem since you can drop people off on the other side of the house. The house was nice and clean and the kitchen held some spices if you needed them.
