The hotel accomplished its purpose for me. I had a nice bed to lay my head for the night. I couldn’t have stayed any longer than one night. My couch had what appeared to be sexual stains on it. Like really bad. The rest of the couch was filthy too. I was too tired to change rooms and the bed was fine so I went to be and got breakfast and headed out. Breakfast was good but the breakfast area was very tight. People bumping in to each other trying to get food.

Hi Michael,I appreciate the constructive feedback. I have shared it with the housekeeping team, and I am sorry for the less than stellar experience.Our breakfast area is a finite space, and based on how many guests are here and what time our guests choose to eat it can be hectic. We encourage guests to leverage the entire window of service in order to avoid a crunch, but due to the fluid nature of schedules it isn't an exact science. :)

I stayed in a nice large suite with my 4 children. There was plenty of room for everyone, and breakfast was clutch. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. I'm sure we'll stay here again on our trips through Virginia.

There was an odor in the room that permeated everything, it was even carried out in my luggage after one night. It seemed a combination of mold and cleaning solution, horrible!

Close enough to areas around Lynchburg and Liberty University. Easy to get to. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean as expected. Breakfast was very good.

Our AC did not work. I asked the front desk for another room. She told me she did not have one. I told her I could not stay in a room without AC. She then went back and found a room.
