The hotel seemed to be utilized as an extended stay for local construction workers so it was a bit more busy than a typical hotel. Staff was pleasant and helpful and the laundry facility was great.

Ground floor rooms near lobby hear everything going on in the lobby. The rear exit door slammed and squeaked whenever opened and closed. Stay was good, staff extremely helpful but would not recommend a room near on the first floor.

Room was clearly not mopped - wiping up some spilled water off the floor the towel came up brown with dirt; sink had a brown ring in the drain as did the ring around the shower handle. The floor corner of the bathtub where water often seeps past the shower curtain onto the floor was caked with brown dirt - had not been cleaned for a while. The redeeming quality of this hotel is that it is newly built so everything still looks and feels new, but they are not doing a good job of keeping it clean.

The woman that greeted us was great! However the gentleman that was there in the morning was rather blunt. There was no hot water when I tried to shower in the morning and the tub had a big crack in the bottom, you could also feel that the bottom was very weak. So, when I went down to get coffee and ask for some lotion I asked the front desk clerk about the hot water, his response was, "well there are 83 guests trying to take showers, I know" then when I asked for lotion he told me "we have shampoo and soap" ok, and then I went to get a cup of coffee and that was empty as well. So the morning was rather rude and uninviting. This was a room with a kitchenette, there was nothing there other than the appliances, no cup or plates, silverware nothing. It was a rather sterile and minimal environment. Needless to say we won't be staying here ever again.

The initial room that we were sent to was not even cleaned. The bed was stripped, no sheets, no pillow cases, no comforter, nothing in the room, and the mattress cover was torn. When we went to ask for another room, the staff said that we can move you to another room, but we will need to up charge you. They ended up charging us $39 more for another room, and said they would remove the charge, once they talked to manager. However that has not happened yet. Would not recommend this hotel, and would like a follow up from the manager.

This is the second time I booked a room at this hotel. The first time, I felt unsafe, due to seeing certain guests that looked like trouble. However, years later, I decided to give it another try. I was disappointed, due to the room not being cleaned as good as the first time I visited this property. Also, my sister and I were trying to check in, but no one was at the desk, however the receptionist finally came out of the back room-which had us waiting for 10 minutes. Once I was settled, I decided to go outside to smoke my cigarette, and a guy came up to me asking for a cigarette. I told him no, but he stated he left his cigarettes in his car🤔 if he was a guest at the hotel, why did he not have his car key to retrieve his cigarettes? But the weird part, the guy stayed there leaning against a trash bin. Eventually, he walked off. I really like this hotel, because it provides a stove top to cook, but I really think this will be my last time staying at this hotel..not safe.
